Transfer Joomla To New Server

I have a Joomla 1.5.10 website on www.interieurhofalkmaar.nl that needs o be transferred to a new domain/host www.interieurhof.nl. The work includes:
- Installing Joomla 1.5.x on new domain
- Keep the configuration
- Transferring entire website (template and all the content)
At this moment visitors to the new domain www.interieurhof.nl are send through to the original website. It is very important that this stays that way until the transfer is done and approved by our customer.
I have available a rar of all the website data, backup of the sql database and access to the admin pages of the current Joomla.
