ONLY Joomla experts need apply. You need to understand the joomla architecture not just a web designer. Infact I dont need a designer, I need someone who can work from a design I like.
Use the T3 joomla system, with colour options (or the ability to add the option of new colour scheme in the template parameters – ie copy a colour folder and duplicate – change and then offer that as an option – if there was a way for the person to chose from the front end as a administrator that would be a bonus but not critical).

I have the design idea, I need someone who can make a good fast loading clean template for Joomla!

Dont seed me emails and links for other designs and systems, and make sure all the links work.

I just installed a joomla 1.5 site with data. I also installed a joomlashack template.

I need someone to configure the new site to look like the template by adding/removing/moving modules.

I’d like to accomplish the following and I believe this is a quick start to a longer working relationship. Most just require knowing which plugins can do what and I’m assuming this all would take less than 30 min work.

* Have multiple article categories for a contact
* Create tags for articles
* Create menu item linking to all contacts, regardless of category
* Enable voting plugin for articles
* Change the Joomla logo to the one provided

Quickly and effectively train me (I’m technical) so I can maintain the site.

I’m sure there is more, but this is the beginning. Would like to know someone who can make Joomla sites SEO friendly and has built sophisticated Joomla sites in the past so we can work quickly with each other.

You will populate new content/image treatment (polaroid borders with drop shadows to images) and create menus via wiremap.
