Asp.net System Debugging

I have a convention system which has several bugs. It is complete custom made and has a attached webshop system and email newsletter system.
Now there are several bugs and features that need to be added.
I need someone:
- who has interest in a long term freelance job. i have always many projects and need good coders
- independant working – presentation of statusses only when bug free
- Skills in CSS/ JAVASCRIPT, PHP, ASP, .NET, HTML, MySQL, MSSQL
- no table design! only DIV constructions (Tables only for tables 
)
- RELIABLE work!
- High availability on MSN!
- typo3 skills are optional , but definately a bonus
As said, i need only long term interested coders.
BIDDINGS ARE ON DAY BASIS!
