Get a Freelance Job

I have a windows server with 10 IPS bound to the NIC, They all respond to ping and i can connect to each one..

The only way i can now change the external IP is to run a proxy app that binds incoming ip to outgoing ip, then connect to the proxy via my internet explorer..

so i need someone who can make me a tool that will switch external Ip on the fly automatically.. basically i will load a list of the external ips, and set intervals in seconds, and it will switch it.. (without deleting it from the NIC card)

If you have suggestions on a different way to do this let me know..

We are looking for someone to program several small windows specific tasks in visual basic or c# or any language with easy to modify GUI.

The program should be created so that each task can be run from clicking a button on a windows form.

The following tasks must be completed and working:

1. Clean temporary files and folders
2. Clean broken shortcuts from desktop/start menu
3. Clean temporary internet files, cookies, cache, etc
4. Clean out the recycle bin
5. Clean/Fix startup errors/problems
6. Clean invalid registry entries

For each entry a calculation needs to be made before it cleans as to how many files and how much space is being cleaned. A progress bar for each task would be great too.

Any other similar tasks you could recommend would be great as well.

Coming straight to point, It will have to :

Register multiple forum accounts. ( Verify Emails too)
Proxies to be used everywhere. User can integrate proxy.
Fetch list of ” Currently active members ” . It is showed at all VB forums.
Send PM to each member.
License integration. ( One buyer can use it only at one place)
