We have a magento installation and the following two things seem to be going wrong:

- When a product is added to the cart and you then go to the cart page, the product is displayed twice!

Although there are orders in our DB, they do not come up on the Relevant sales > orders page in the Magento Admin (You can see them fine on the dashboard).
