I require a simple tool that will scrape the results of flippa . com and or any other big sites that sell established websites

This tool must then export the urls of the sites for sale into a db or comma seperated text file

from here we will need to be able to do a batch of whois domain lookups on these urls and once again export this data into a txt file.

I need a website like www.madefittv.com. I just want to use youtube videos instead but other then that I want it to look and wokr just like that. I will want to obviously have my own colors, logo etc but the backend and front end I want it to look and work just like this. I know wordpress very well but need somone to set this all up fro me and I will then populat it. It must also be VERY good SEO.

Ok I need a quick coder. I only require the code for the site I need developed. No design. I need the code quickly in a manor of 24 hours. I will give more details once I find the right coder.
