I need a wordpress plugin created which when activated on a users blog scans the posts and checks for pagerank.
Then users have the option of specifying a link(s) in their settings which then get distributed on peoples posts. In exchange the blog owner earns a credit so theycan distribute their link.
Or people can refer people to use the plugin which then they will gain a number of credits for anything their referral earns
