Need WordPress Blogs Setup

Hi ok we have a wordpress MU installation and need some one or a team to set up 1000 wordpress blogs through the admin panel.
Each blog needs
- A theme
- 3 plugins installed
- XML RPC and Atom publishing to be activated on them all
- Permalink structure changed
This is the new wordpress, so these are one click jobs I have done them myself each one should take 5 minutes
So you should bid between 2-3 days work.
If you do this good, this will be an ongoing roll.
