Php Coder Need Reliable-honest

Looking for coders having good skills in PHP, MySQL and AJAX(prototype.js- preferred/YUI/jQuery) with knowledge of good coding practice, honest and reliable who can work with me directly so daily good chat/email communications are must.

Individuals are preferred!

Please check the attached file, bid for Phase I now, if your work impresses us then will continue with you for next phases. Mention year of experience. You don’t have to do everything, as I will guide/help. For eg. for messaging module, will send db tables, and diagram what I need, you have to make all necessary code and send it to me.

No escrow, no advance! Will pay only after looking at your performance.
Coders having Indian bank account are most preferred so that for payment can use NEFT/Cash/Cheque deposits easily.
