I need 500 email account created for me. The accounts will forward email to the main acccount. Same password for all.

I need 500 email accounts created (mixture of any free email provider). All emails must be forwarded to 1 main email.
- Here is email structure:
Name: Firstname Lastname (will be UK name. I’ll give you URL list that stores UK names).
Email: firstname.lastname email.com
NOT RANDOM GENERATED EMAIL ID.
- Emails must be created from different IPs..
- Emails will be used to submit a form I supply along name and surname. It’s better to submit form different IPs.
