I need craigslist-like web site created. I do not want any of the existing scripts already available on the net. It has to be original, but closely resemble craigslist. The final web site will be in a different language, but I can modify that on my end. The original project can be done in english.
It will need MySQL and PHP. I already have a domain name.
Also, ads will not be posted for free. I will need some sort of paypal payment system on the web site (without anyone being redirected from my site)
I will also need some backend admin support so all ads can be changed/removed/added by the admin.
the site will need some sort of forum and only two locations, not the whole world or even all US states, just two locations.

there will need to be some sort of ghosting guarentee, as well as an amount of time that the post stays up.
