3. Update on payments received/ pending

5. Printout of pending payments/ sales activities
6. Print out of envelopes of various sizes (depending on magazine) with subscribers/clients name , address etc on it
7. printout of invoice, receipt
8. Able to update on RENEWALS and retain history

Software has to be user-friendly as it will be operated by my staffs. It has to be OS independant ( so that it can work in ANY platform of windows etc )

You will make two short MYSQL databases from this data and setup the db on our server. We will tell you what fields to create in the db to enter the data. I need to extract some emails from a Database.

PHPDug has been successfully installed on my server, but I need to enable a particular feature that doesn’t exist within the software:

PROBLEM: I have created categories and subcategories on my PHPDug website to categorize stories. However, every time I submit a story to a subcategory, it is not listed in the main category. I would like it so that when I submit a story to any particular subcategory, it will also show up when I am viewing the main (parent) category.

In addition, I would like the story category selection form (seen in the story submission process) to be simplified and modified as necessary in order for stories to be submitted properly (as I described above).
