The video that is on the page now displays fine in Firefox but not IE, so this needs to be fixed as well. This needs to be done today

We’ve already paid a graphic designer and have a layout. I originally thought I could give it a crack but the sucker is proving to be incredibly annoying for someone with little CSS/HTML knowledge.
