We are running CRELoaded 6.3B2B Pro, we have PayPal Direct Payments setup and tested working, this is the UK version which is what we want.

We have to have 3D Secure from Cardinal Commerce installed to allow us to take Maestro payments, but the verified by visa and mastercard securecode are a handy extra feature.

We have full development documentation and testing server available.

This will need to be installed on our live store so cannot take long.

We are looking for a programmer to develop the integration between MS Office/Open Office documents (word, excel, etc) and the application Enterprise Forms (http://www.longnhi.com/), which is a web based workflow engine written in C#. This integration should be done according to the following requirements:

1. In the application Enterprise Forms we have created the following 2 templates:

–> 1.1. Parameters, with the following mandatory fields, among others:

—-> 1.1.1. Document Type
—-> 1.1.2. Revision Number
—-> 1.1.3. Format for the content: Office/EF Form
—-> 1.1.4. MS Office/Open Office template (Word, Excel, …) with predefined fields
—-> 1.1.5. Users that can save the MS Office/Open Office document locally

–> 1.2. Document named “Test”, with the following fields, among others:

—-> 1.2.1. Document Type
—-> 1.2.2. Title
—-> 1.2.3. Control Number
—-> 1.2.4. Revision Number
—-> 1.2.5. Status
—-> 1.2.6. Date Created
—-> 1.2.7. Date Released
—-> 1.2.8. Author

2. When creating ANY DOCUMENT in Enterprise Forms:

–> 2.3. The MS Office/Open Office attachment launched must inherit automatically and immediately all the values of the fields from the Enterprise Forms document. These inherited fields cannot be editable in the MS Office/Open Office document (cannot be changed by anyone).

–> 2.4. The author of the Enterprise Forms document completes the content of the MS Office/Open Office document and when he saves and closes the MS Office/Open Office document it must be stored/embedded in the field “Launch in Office” of the Enterprise Forms document from where it was created.

–> 2.5. The update of the fields must be done always from the Enterprise Forms document to the MS Office/Open Office document, never from the MS Office/Open Office document to the Enterprise Forms document.

–> 2.6. Users must not be able to close the Enterprise Forms document or the application if there is an MS Office/Open Office document open. If they try to do it they must receive a message saying “You must first close the corresponding Office document”

–> 2.7. After the MS Office/Open Office document is saved the first time, every time the “Launch in Office” button (that is shown only if the option defined in point 1.1.3. of the Parameters document correspondent to the document type of the EF document is “Office”) is clicked it must open the saved/ambedded MS Office/Open Office document and not the template from the parameters document anymore. The MS Office/Open Office document must always be opened in a new window with the corresponding application (word/excel, …) and the Enterprise Forms document from were it was launched must also stay opened.

–> 2.8. Every time there is a change/update in the fields of the Enterprise Forms document the correspondent fields in the MS Office/Open Office document embedded in it must also be automatically and immediately updated, so that the fields that are common between the Enterprise Forms document and the correspondent MS Office/Open Office document have always the same values.

–> 2.9. Every time the MS Office/Open Office document is saved and closed it must update/replace the MS Office/Open Office document previously stored/embedded on the Enterprise Forms document (in the field Launch in Office).

3. After completing both the MS Office/Open Office document and the Enterprise Forms document, the Enterprise Forms document will go through an approval cycle and when approved the status field will become “Released”.

4. On the Enterprise Forms documents with the status field with the value “Released” a “New Revision” button must be made available, which when clicked must make a copy of the complete Enterprise Forms document (including the MS Office/Open Office Document embedded), and this copy should become available for editing again with the status “In Process”. In this new copy the field Revision Number (point 1.2.4.) must be incremented by 1.

5. When an Enterprise Forms document with the status “Released”or a previous version of the same document with the status “Archived” are opened, if the option defined in point 1.1.3. of the Parameters document correspondent to the document type of the EF document is “Office”, the correspondent MS Office/Open Office Document should be automatically opened in read only mode (no one can change it or save it in the Enterprise Forms document nor locally) using a corresponding viewer, and the Enterprise Forms document from were it was launched must also stay opened.

–> 5.1. In this case, the “Launch in Office” button must also be available and if it is used it must open the MS Office/Open Office Document in read only mode (no one can change it or save it locally), using a corresponding viewer, and the Enterprise Forms document from were it was launched must also stay opened.

6. When an Enterprise Forms document with a status different then “Released” or “Archived” is opened, the MS Office/Open Office Document should not be opened automatically and the users can open it manually from the “Launch in Office” button if and when they want to.

–> 6.1. In this case, when clicking the “Launch in Office” button, if the Enterprise Forms document is new and the option “Format for the content” in the Parameters document is defined as “Office”(point 1.1.3.), the MS Office/Open Office attachment/template (point 1.1.4.) defined in the corresponding Parameters document is launched in a new window, using a corresponding viewer and the Enterprise Forms document from were it was launched must also stay opened. If the Enterprise Forms document is not new and the option “Format for the content” in the Parameters document is defined as “Office” (point 1.13.), the MS Office/Open Office document previously saved/embedded in the Enterprise Forms document is launched in a new window, using a corresponding viewer and the Enterprise Forms document from were it was launched must also stay opened.

–> 6.2. When opening the MS Office/Open Office document, if the user at that moment has permissions to edit the Enterprise Forms document, the MS Office/Open Office document must be opened in edit mode and the user can change it and save it in the Enterprise Forms document, but must not be able to save it locally (except if the user is defined in the field “Users/Roles that can save the MS Office/Open Office document locally” (point 1.1.5.) of the Parameters document correspondent to the Enterprise Forms document in question). If the user doesn’t have permission to edit the Enterprise Forms document, the MS Office/Open Office document must be opened in read only mode and the user cannot change it or save it on the Enterprise Forms document nor locally.

–> 6.3. In this case, the author of the Enterprise Forms document must have also the option to delete the MS Office/Open Office document that had been saved/embedded in the Enterprise Forms document or to replace the MS Office/Open Office document that had been saved/embedded in the Enterprise Forms document with the current MS Office/Open Office document attached in the correspondent Parameters document (point 1.1.4.).

–> 6.4. The “Launch in Office” button must be hidden if when opening the Enterprise Forms document, in the Parameters document (point 1.1.) corresponding to this document the option “Format for the content” is defined as “EF Form” (point 1.1.3.).

7. This integration between Enterprise Forms documents and MS Office/Open Office documents must be available for use with any Enterprise Forms document/template if in the option defined in point 1.1.3. of the Parameters document correspondent to the Enterprise Forms document/template the value selected is “Office”. If this integration is being used for a certain Enterprise Forms document/template and the user changes the Parameters Document not to use integration for this Enterprise Forms document/template any more, from that moment on, when creating Enterprise Forms documents of that type they must not have integration any more, but the Enterprise Forms documents of that type that were created before this change must continue having integration and continue having the MS Office/Open Office document that had been saved/embedded in the Enterprise Forms document.

I need a simple desktop application to work with Power Point and Excel.

Here are the main features:

The software needs to be able to compile a power point presentation from a variety of available power point slides that are saved as individual files. The software must have built in capabilities for the user to tell the program ahead of time which file to put into which location. The program must also have the ability to compile a corresponding excel price list from the slides that were picked and place them in the correct order. The program must have an administrative log in section that allows the administrator to make changes to the program and make changes.

Also during this step the user will define the master file location where the slides that will be identified in the following steps will be located.

Step 2: The user will define the order in which the slides will be presented. They will do this by placing a number from 1 to 11 in a box next to the name of the segment. Each number will be used only once. The program must have logic built in so that if the user misses a number it will not let them move to the next step until at least one segment is chosen. The user may leave up to ten of the boxes un-checked but must choose at least one segment.

Step 3 through Step 14:

For each segment that the user chose in Step 2 another step will appear. One these steps the user will pick the individual items that they wish to have populated in the presentation. They must choose at least one item for each segment that appears. A segment or step will only appear if it was chosen in step number 2.

Final Step

During the final step the user will choose which type of presentation they want the program to create. They can pick as many as they want, but must choose at least one. Their choice are: Power Point Presentation, New Item Form, Show Form.

Behind the scences the program will compile the power point presentation as follows:

Using the data that the user inputed into step 1 the program will open up Power Point on the users desktop and will pick a template that I will supply. It will populate the information supplied into that template.

The program then will move to step 2 and will pick a slide for each item that was selected copy and paste it into the presentation and put it into the proper order. It will know which file to choose because in step 1 the user told the program the master file to search. Each item chosen in step 2 will have as their file extention name the same name as the user sees on their screen.

The program than will move to steps 3 through 14 as needed. In these steps the program will open up the individual item presentations and place them under the correct section. It will know to do this because each item will have the same file extention as the name shown on the screen.

The program than moves to the final step. Behind the scenes it will review the selections made in the previous steps and compile excel spreadsheets using a pre-loaded spreadsheet with only the items that were marked in the previous sections.

The attached drawings explain the program in further detail.

The admin section should allow the user to add and delete items and make other changes to the program.

Virtual Goods Shop Page

I’m have created a virtual gift shop, that works with my websites chatroom. This shop uses virtual currency to purchase gift images that users send to each other. This is like the gift shop on Facebook, Tagged, Myspace, ect..

I already have this in place and working. Both the shop, and currency.

What I’m looking for now, Is for someone to redo the store front. I would like it done in Java, flash, or whatever you recommend. There has to be advanced search features, the products will need to be displayed by catagory, price, Newest, ect..

There will need to be dropdowns, checkboxes, use lightbox.

The selection of who the gift will goto is currently, and will remain a drop down, that’s populated by the online users in the chatroom. There is currently buy now buttons under each item, I would like those replaced and simply have the user click the image. Then it will need to make sure they have enought currency to make the purchase, if they do it continues, if not it tells them. It also needs to validate the user wants to purchase the gift, by asking are you sure ect..

You will also need to supply the graphics for the store itself. (Not the gifts) I am not a grphic designer but I know we want the store to have a look of bright lime glass effecvt and black glass effect.

You MUST have and communicate to me with yahoo messenger. You must have a good understanding of the English language. You MUST ahve your own sql setup to work from, and it cannot work live on the site. You MUST have experinace in this sort of store, as well as the graphics design.

We already have this in place and working, we just now want it to look really good. This will be your job.

This store will also need to write to and from the mysql database to adjust users currency levels, and add the gift to the receiver. You must ba able to show progress daily.

Custom Cms And Directory

We have a list of 9400 cities with the city, state, state acronym list. This list will need to be integrated.

Front End Requirements:

1) Site will be similar to above site without the category functionality.
2) URLs will have to be SEO friendly (homepage.com/state/city/inner page)
3) It will have to be adsense optimized
4) The cities must support multiple pages with dynamic menus. These menus will be templated and managed through the backend.
5) All information (logo, text box, blog info) must be managed through the backend and be entirely text based.
6) The city pages will all be templated. For example, if the city page topic were jewelry stores, I would need to make one page in the backend and all cities would have the jewelry store page in exactly the same spot. This feature must CREATE the pages. This feature will also be needed to mass edit and delete the pages. I will still need to edit the pages individually.
7) All pages must be W3 validated with no errors.
8) The city pages must have 2 templates: 1) customary directory (with text below listings two levels of listing) and 2) an ad boxed text based page setting (where at the bottom there are text boxes which act as referral boxes)

Back End Requirements:

1) All data must be organized for fast navigation

3) Each city, state, and the entire site must have RSS feeds. There must be a feature to export all RSS feeds with the information broken into entire then state, then cities.
4) Cities, state, and the entire site must produce reports which display number of views and clicks on ads.
5) The pages must support the following php values: $state, $city, $st. These will be used to give values which are dependent on the location
6) I must be able to choose the number of ad boxes per city, and once all ads are filled the city will automatically conver to the “filled” category. The filled and unfilled categories can be browsed in the backend. Members cannot purchased ads on filled cities
7) If a city is filled and an advertiser wants to place an ad on that city, they will have to enter their email so they can be notified if their city opens up.
8) there will need to be multiple price levels. For example, we will need to be able to assign a value ($15) to one set of cities and another ($10) to another. If the typical directory listing is used these price categories will apply to all cities and will allow users to select a platinum level or gold level membership.
9) Must be able to export the URLs in various ways. More information will be given upon project acceptance.

Membership Requirements:

1) Payments must be processed through Google Checkout or Paypal
2) Members must be able to select multiple cities to purchase
3) Once subscribed, Members will need to be able to input their information for the listing in their ad box
4) They must be charged monthly
5) Each month they will be sent traffic and clicks from the site and their cities as a whole

We will need to be able to backup the entire site with one click and completely move it to another domain and URL. The entire site must be secure.
