I currently have a hosting account set up with JustHost.com. I have a wordpress installation already set up which I use for one of my addon domains. I want to keep all my users and page content. It is my understanding that with a WordPress Multisite, I can set up new domains and wordpress sites where each domain will have its own users and content. i.e. Users from XSite.com will not see users or content on YSite.com from the control panel.

Yesterday I had a 500 Internal Server Error on a site within my WP Multisite.
The error was only showing on the front page of ONE blog. I could access wp-admin of that site, and all other sites seemed to be just fine.
I got on Hostgator live chat and also started a post on premium.wpmudev. I’ve tried a few simple things – but unfortunately I’m no techie.
I need someone EXPERIENCED, who knows what they are doing to fix this for me URGENTLY!
PLEASE only respond if you are VERY EXPERIENCED – the last thing I need is more problems with someone “trying” to fix it but not really having the necessary experience.

This should be enabled by dragging and dropping the photos in the gallery list.

I have a WPMU multisite that’s been upgraded to WP Multisite.
A couple of weeks ago I started getting a problem when I type the url /wp-admin – it redirects to /public_html/wp-admin and gives me a 404 error.
When I deleted the /public_html and try again it will let me login to the admin area.
I need this fixed please… without breaking my live site!

I am creating an online magazine using the wordpress theme Continuum, http://www.ezinelocal.co.uk and I will be setting up about 100 local magazines, 1 for each county of the UK, so I am looking for a Multisite Installation – unless there is a better way of doing it.
For example. www.ezinelocal.co.uk/colchester will be one of the magazines, once that is up and running I want to install the next one.
I also want to use my domain for creating other community sites
For example: localschool.ezinelocal.co.uk
We may end up with several hundred sites, can they all be on the Multisite Installation?

We require a freelance to implement a cross domain checkout with the multisite module for zen cart.
The functionality is available in the multisite module, we just require the implementation,
We basically have 2 sites domain a and domain b, they both use the same zen cart database and the multisite module is installed and working without any problems, what we require is the functionality so that a if a customer on Domain A wants to use our card payment method that they are redirected to domain B to complete checkout
So on Domain A the user will log in with their normal credentials, (these are shared already on both domains) select their shipping option and at the payment method stage they will have the following options
Pay via Paypal
Pay Via Bank transfer
Pay via Credit card (with Domain B)
If the user selects Pay via Credit card (with Domain B) the checkout data will be forwarded to domain B and they will complete checkout and pay for their order through Domain B
We would be able to implement this if both sites were on Domain A but as they are different domains, we need to pass the data via a cookie or something similar, whichis what we need help with,
Both sites are on the same server, and currently share the same IP, however this may change and they may be on separate IP addresses
Ideally we need someone who has good experience of Zen cart and of the multisite module
Aslso our customer order information page is not working correctly so we need this fixed also

I want some help whit my to existing zen carts. I want them to share same shopping cart but teats it. The 2 separate installations are located on 2 different servers and have there own .se names. I want the costumers to be able to add a product on one site and then switch to the other and the products added to the cart will follow them around the 2 different sites.
Wanting the elgg script (www.elgg.org) made multisite. Ideally a single install of the script and multi databases, although would consider multiple instances of the same codebase. I do not want the multisite plugin (found on community.elgg.org) installing as this does not give true multisite functionality.
Functionality:
Simple signup page – enter username, password, real name and subdomain. Results in a separate elgg site installed at subdomain.mydomain.com. User who signed up is automatically signed up for the site as admin.
