We require programmers to develop a custom IRCx server for us which emulates the MSN Chat server (will work with MSN chat OCX) it is required to have an interface/monitor, dialogs for adding opers/rooms/categorys ability to server-link aswell as a webside management system to remotely manage the server.
Also we require an OCX to connect to this much like the MSN Chat OCX.
Please post bids and in your comment state price with and without the OCX.
