Flash With 3d Animation Flythrough

I have a client website in “FLASH” where we have uploaded a 3D animated flythrough but the video is 84MB in size and loads very slowly (over 1 minute) and the quality of the video is poor.

I need someone who can amend the reolution and reduce the file size in order for the quality to improve and load time to be much faster.

Payment for this project will only be made on successful alteration with or without a play/pause/loading option.
