I need to move a WordPress blog that is currently hosted on wordpress.com to a new server and domain.
The blog is finished so all you have to do is move it. There is no database etc involved.

I need a WordPress blog completely moved within same server. Partly it is already done. It is pointing already on new domain.
Permalinks must be adapted.
Old domain must point with 301 on new domain.

I have wordpress blog hosted on hostgator, and need it moved to another host. All settings, all themes, all posts, plugins, everything. I just need my blog moved.
I have all accounts set up, all ftp info ready, all passwords and usernames ready. I just can’t do it myself.
The person I usually use for this has let me down and vanished, and I need this one done ASAP. So I decided to post this project!
So what I want is a bug-free transition of my wordpress blog from one hosting to another (both cpanel).
As you will obviously know, it’s not just a case of moving the files from one to the other. It will involve moving the database or MySQL and re-linking it on the other end or something. I’m not sure, myself.
So if you’ve done it before, please post
