This application should capture video from selected video device, write to hard drive, and playback in a loop. This is for video feedback on sports motions. The point of the application is to allow the user to practice a sports motion repetitively, with video feedback after each time they practice the motion.

The application should at least run on Windows, but OS independent solution in either C+, Java, or Adobe Air would be best.

Requirements:

1. Allow user to set video device
2. Allow user to preview video before starting (show what is currently being captured by the camera)
3. Loop capture, playback N times, where N is the number of times the user wants to practice a particular motion
a) ALERT – give alert indicating to the user that they need to do the motion
b) CAPTURE – capture the motion for a duration of X, where X is the milliseconds the capture needs to be recorded
c) PAUSE 1 – pause P1 milliseconds, where P is the value the user sets for pause period between CAPTURE and PLAY
d) PLAY – play back the captured motion in step b)CAPTURE
e) PAUSE 2 – pause P2 milliseconds, where P2 is the value the user sets for pause period between d) PLAY and a) ALERT

a) through e) loops continuously N times.

4. The user should get a beginning and ending scrub bar they can use to set the interval in the capture stream that should be the BEGINNING and ENDING point for the d) PLAY playback interval.

5. The user should be able to set playback speed for d) PLAY, with at least 5 levels of slow motion playback. Slow motion playback speed setting should be available in the UI.

6. In addition, the video app window should be resizable, and also available in full screen mode.

7. There should be a basic settings dialog where the user sets the video device, quality, etc.

8. The user should be able to set the N loop interval count in the UI.

The budget for this is up to $800. Deliverables should be full source code, compile instructions. No third party components should be used unless agreed.

Wireframes will be given to selected programmer.

Hi – I need two motion graphics for a product video I am putting together.

- 5 to 6 seconds, the first one where it appears there are 3 layers of images moving and text in the middle. I will provide the 3 layers of graphics (still). In the example the tree in foreground is animated, this does not have to be unless you already have one that is animated.

The second is to animate the logo – 3-5 seconds. It is an AI file. I want the sun to rise over the hill and then the hill, chickens and product name appear from darkness as the sun rises. I also want a bit of style in the animation where the elements appear to pop into the screen of which I can then match sound to enhance the effect.

Will be based on an African storyline (i.e. warrior based folklore), and in a rural-ish setting (i.e. an african castle, with african village houses in the kingdom, people wearing cultural outfit (see “Mark Of Uru” on youtube, for idea of outfit), along with weaponry and artillery used in those days. (e.g. bows and arrows, cutlasses, spears, bones and skulls for armor, etc)

- Will need very good 3D Animation, incorporating “Motion Capture” (or similar), to ensure smooth and realistic body movement of the character, and also “motion capture of the mouth” for speeches, to enable realistic sound recorder in studio, with American/African/UK actors, etc. [The Actual Sound recordings and Music will be done in the USA, after all work has been supplied to us; so it is not a part of this job/contract].
TIMELINE:- 1 to 2Mths. We anticipate/plan to have work start this December 2009, and be completed sometime in January 2010.

I am developing an specific system for piles motion analysis.
I am not an software expert, so for now I’m working experimentally in a manual way:

1-Using a digital high-speed camera connected in to the USB port of a computer I record a .mov file, saved to a folder on computer;
2- The clip shows always a standard label, whit two black square (I can change its colour format, etc…) targets, moving downward an upward;
3- Using Adobe After Effects, I open the file, manually click the two targets and run the motion tracker routine;
4- Then I manually select the track points coordinates, copy and paste them on a excel worksheet;
5- The worksheet does the final job.

I need a program that, automatically:

a) Detects and opens a new .mov file in the folder;
b) In the first frame detects de centre of the two targets, saving its coordinates (x and y, in pixels);
c) Tracks the targets motion, saving its coordinates, frame by frame;
d) The program results output should be an excel worksheet or CSV file.

Need a motion graphic of my video title to use in project being produced through Final Cut Pro. Screen opens with the title on two lines in very dark grey text against a black background. Almost impossible to read the title at this point. Then the beam of a spotlight or flashlight pans across first word in name (12 letters) from left to right. Light then drops to second word in title (5 letters) and pans from left to right. Only a few letters show in beam of light. Scale and direction of beam suggests that flashlight is smaller than titles. Then screen flashes white as if camera strobe fires into eyes of viewer from behind project name. Then screen returns to black background with project name in an embossed chrome effect. Whole series = 3-seconds or so.

Users can save pitchs to there favourite folder (click on fav folder.. and you can see all the pitchs you have saved)

Users can add video pitchs to the website (first the videos would be added to some video website.. eg youtube..etc), the site will also automatically add a thumbnail.

Users will also be able to add images and documents with each pitch (see videeo.nl).

Users can also list there businesses and franchises for sale.. in the for sale section.

The site will have a lots of different categories, so at the end of the chart count down.. each category will have a chart and a winner, as well as a overall chart, and overall chart winner (see noostar.com for more details).

Users would also get email notification when a new pitch is added to the system.

Basically a website the will mix “http://www.videeo.nl/” with “noostar.com”.

Also using your flash skills, hopefully be able to create a flash player that will play the video files from sites like youtube..etc

Also using your flash skills to create a flash app animation for the front page, that will use xml and be able to use the pitch thumbnails in the the flash animation.

The site overall will be very different to anything else in the market. And be visually very stunning.. And hopefully showcase you skills in the industry..

need an intro and outro for my video.

I will need to import your completed file into adobe premiere cs3 and add it to the beginning and ending of my videos.
