Pligg Modifications
Seeking programmer with high knowledge of Pligg to make some modifications in existing template and pligg core. In detail what I want to be done is this:
1) I would like the default way of submitting a new stoty in pligg to be changed. In step 1 where a link is needed I would like this to be changed to a name. Actually link submission is no needed at all. So in step 1 user must submit a name, moreover I want the check for duplicates to remain. Already have done this, only a check needed to see if this is ok from a programmer’s point of view.
2) A new field should be added in step 2 of story submission. This new field should be nationality and contain a drop down list of all countries (by name and flag) for the user to choose. This field should be required. When this new field is made, I must be able to add the countries (name and flag) from the admin panel.
3) A module should be made using the new nationality field of requirement 2. This module (displayed in all pages) should show the 10 most voted stories (all time), again flag and name.
4) Where it shows the “recently popular, top today,…,year” a new option should be added “all time”, which means most voted stories of all time.
5) Button bury should be deleted. Also the feature of unvote for a story should be deactivated.
6) The part 5 is because I would like a counter to display total votes. Total votes not for a specific story, but all votes made to all stories.
