I am developing a software for property investors, to help them work out the return on their investment over a 10 year period. It is almost completed but there is one more thing I need help with.
I need to calculate how tht total loan amount reduces each year, and the amount of principal and interest paid each year. There are ‘loan amortization’ scripts that will do this.
You must understand the concept of principal and interest repayments, and how mortgage loans work.

Change Request #5: Write the program in Java (with a graphical user interface) and have it calculate and display the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage and the user’s selection from a menu of available mortgage loans:
Write the program in VB.Net (not Web based). Use a loan of $200,000 and have it calculate the payment amount for three mortgage loans:
- 7 years at 5.35%
- 15 years at 5.5%
- 30 years at 5.75%
Use an array for the different loans. Display the mortgage payment amount for each loan. Then, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Insert comments to document the program.
For USA and CANADA, need all email adresses of real estate agents and mortgage.
Thx.
This is four separate assignments.
1) Write the program in Java (with a graphical user interface) and have it calculate and display the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage, the term of the mortgage, and the interest rate of the mortgage. Allow the user to loop back and enter new data or quit. Please insert comments in the program to document the program. Attach a design flow chart to the source code of the program.
Deliverable
Starting from attached file, update the program in Java and have it calculate and display the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage and the user’s selection from a menu of available mortgage loans:
- 7 years at 5.35%
- 15 years at 5.5%
- 30 years at 5.75%
Use an array for the mortgage data for the different loans. Read the interest rates to fill the array from a sequential file. Display the mortgage payment amount followed by the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Add graphics in the form of a chart. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection or quit. Please insert comments in the program to document the program.
As stated in the description, this project involves the use of Visual Studio 2008 (Virtual Desktop) and various programs that will calculate mortgage payments.
Finish this program in Java (all changes/additions to be in the UserInput.java / MortgageCalculator.java must not be changed) so that it will allow the user to select which way they want to calculate a mortgage: by input of the amount of the mortgage, the term of the mortgage, and the interest rate of the mortgage payment or by input of the amount of a mortgage and then select from a menu of mortgage loans:
- 7 year at 5.35%
- 15 year at 5.5 %
- 30 year at 5.75%
In either case, display the mortgage payment amount and then, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection, or quit. Insert comments in the program to document the program.
The Java cannot have any inner classes in the code, and the main must be separate from code (preferably last/bottom of the file).
Design, Code, Execute and test the Visual Basic .Net project as specified in the Change Request #22:
Write the program in VB.Net (not Web based) with a graphical user interface. Allow the user to select which way they want to calculate the mortgage: By input of the amount of the mortgage, the term of the mortgage and the interest rate of the mortgage
or
By input of the amount of the mortgage and then select from a menu of mortgage loans:
-7 years at 5.35%
-15 years at 5.5%
-30 years at 5.75%
In either case, display the mortgage payment amount. Then, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection, or quit. Load the interest rates for the 7 year, 15 year, and 30 year loans from a file. Insert comments to document the program.
Use a compressed File (Microsoft provided only) or WinZip to include all the project files within the Project Directory for this Project and post the resulting files in your Assignment Link.
Write the program in VB.Net (not Web based) and have it accept user input of the amount, term and interest rate. Display the mortgage payment amount. Then, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. The list will be longer than the screen, so use loops to display a partial list, hesitate, and then display more of the list. Insert comments to document the program.

Insert comments to document the program. Attach a design flow chart and a version control sheet to a hard copy or an e-mail of the source code of the program.

I want to embed a form that is currently on one site into the pages of another site. I want to be able to capture the users information into this form and have it sent to me. The form is already set up to work on http://www.speedtrackloans.com/newclients.php this page but I want to embed it into another website (thebest-mortgage-rates.com) so that it works exactly the same as the one on the other site.
I want to make it smaller too so it fits nicely onto the site.
We need a small inquiry submission form included on an index page of a mortgage website. The form will have minimum fields i.e. name, address, e-mail, type of loan desired, etc. Upon submission, the input information will be sent to a specific email address, and a confirmation page will appear. As an example, see form on loandepotdotcom and guidetolendersdotcom
I am having issues with this weeks assignment noted (Change Request 1) in the above attachment. I accomplished pulling last weeks assignment off, which is also in the attachment. I wanted to show you the code I used to accomplish the task. I wanted to use the same concept from last week just add the additional info requested (Change Request 2). This is the same sort of assignments Mortgage Calculator and same calculations, but the only difference is (JAVA language) no GUI design. Just a functioning program. As you can see I used the same concept learned, but the syntax errors are the problems. It is fine even if use an (System.out.print) command verses (JOptionpane). I would really appreciate your assistance, i would not have any problem understanding the reading of the code. Like I said its the proper syntax. i have been working on it for a while and the assignment is due soon. I will as always accommodate you for time and service. Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks,
Antonio
FYI I am using JGrasp as my compiler.
Need design for a 1/2 page ad for print for my customer that is a Mortgage / Loan Originator. Would like layered PSD (and any additional files; ie fonts, etc…) of finished product for submission to my printer.
Please submit samples of past print advertisements for consideration.
Thank you,
