Set Of Mortgage Calculators.

February 17th, 2010 Comments off

I understand this has been requested by many other companies, so for those who have done these before it may be advantageous to have a look. You know what i am after.

I am basically after a set of at least 10 mortgage calculators in FLASH that can be customised (colours, logo). They need to be secure and easily set up for the Australian market. I have no formula’s or design. Print option, PDF option, Email option.

Obviously i will require a easy CMS.

I am not afraid to pay good money for good quality work. Please do not waste my time if you are not 100% for this project.

Could you please either PM me for any clarification.

Thankyou very much for your time and we look forward to working with you.

Php Mortgage Calculators

July 14th, 2009 Comments off

Project Overview:

I have created 2 Excel Spreadsheets (SEE ATTACHMENT) which I would like converted, or programmed into PHP (or other app) to post on my website. Note that I am using Apple’s “iweb 09″ program to create my site, so I just need to post the calculators on the site.

Important:

1. The Calculator must be able to link to other sites with live content (i.e. Daily Interest Rates, etc…).

2. Though PHP is desired, I am open to other recommended applications. Preferably, I would like to be able to hide the source code.

3. Notice the blank space on the right side of the page(s). I would like to be able to “MASHUP” property photos from other websites to that blank portion, if possible.

Note that I am on a tight budget, so keeping the cost low is important, as I only work out of my home office.

I look forward to your messages. Please indicate your experience, and price range for this. If this goes well, I have about 3 other calculators to have programmed.

Thank you.

Mortgage Calculators In Flash

June 3rd, 2009 Comments off

I need 3 separate loan calculator in flash based on the same design.

Borrowing Power
Compound Interest
Loan Repayments

I want the functionality and look similar to http://www.resi.com.au/Calculators/Loan-Repayments.aspx

You can see other examples of the 3 calculators below on yahoo

Borrowing Power
http://au.pfinance.yahoo.com/calculators/borrowing-power.html

Compound Interest
http://au.pfinance.yahoo.com/calculators/compound-interest.html

Loan Repayments
http://au.pfinance.yahoo.com/calculators/loan-repayment.html

The graphics are essential,
I will supply a colour palette to match our site.

I don’t have the formulas for the calculations.

This job is ideal for someone who has already built one of these calculators.
Please supply url examples of your work in the PMB.
Best chance of winning this job will be by posting a url of a mortgage calculator you have already built.

Site is in php and mySQL if needed.

One extra point: please type the word ‘banana’ in a PMB post to prove to me that you’ve read all the way to the bottom of the description ;)

thanks

Mortgage Calculators Online

April 3rd, 2009 Comments off

I am a small one-man operation needing to either to:

1. Convert my specific Excel spreadsheets / calculators into a stand-alone “Widget” or online calculator which could be loaded on a website I am creating on iWeb (Apple).

OR

2. Create (based on my Excel spreadsheets) a “Widget” or stand-alone calculator using PHP, or applications compatible with iWeb (Apple).

My desire is to have users of the website simply be able to fill in certain fields, click “Calculate”, and have the answers auto-populate. These are basically MORTGAGE CALCULATORS with corresponding payment scenarios, based on user inputs.

In terms of programming language (PHP, etc…) it must be in a language which will NOT require the user to download any programs. It must be created with the “lowest-common user” in mind — under any browser (Firefox, Explorer, etc…).

There are only 5 total “Widgets” or Calculators needed, and my budget is very small.

I look forward to your feedback.
Thank you.
