I would like a desktop mortgage calculator similar to the screenshot included. It needs to produce accurate results similar to the live calculator (link will be provided). If you can provide both a desktop and web based version of the same tool that would be a big advantage. I have a basic php algorithm that can be adapted.

I need a nicley presented mortgage comparison spreadsheet that is similar to the screenshot attached. The script should compare the monthly and total repayments for mortgages with with different rates and fees and include graphs like the screenshot attached.

Note:
- results should be very similar to the tool shown (live tool url will be supplied)
- I have a spreadsheet (xls) algorithm. This will have some of the basic algo but needs to be adapted.
- the file needs to be password protected

I need a simple life insurance calculator coding in something like Javascript or PHP. I have attached the Microsoft Excel version of the calculator so you can see what fields are required and the formula to use. The style must be really simple like the Mortgage Calculator at www.sixvillemedia.co.uk/calculator.htm

What I need is a zipped or rar file with all of the project files in it. ALL of the file names and such need to reflect the name week 2!
