The subject for each email sent should be the ‘Mailing List email subject’ of each mailing list to be sent + todays date (eg Daily Commentary 25 October 2011)
There should be a box that can input the text body of the email – Can this be formatted text? Ie so it can be various sizes/colours/fonts etc
At the bottom of the email text if the Mailing List has Rate based list = Yes then it should automatically attach a table of Rates from the Rates table. These rates should have the margin from the Mailing List table added to it so the customer gets sent a list of rates automatically margined.

I am currently looking at overhauling a local business directory.
The listings and the front-end of the website already exist and are not part of this project.
This project is to create a new membership area for the website where business owners can sign-up buy a business listing and manage that listing whenever they want.
It must be secure and robust as it wis expected that their will be 10s of thousands of members and millions of listings (there are currently 2 million listings in the database).
The listings will need to be paid for by Paypal quarterly subscription which should auto-renew every three months (must be integrated with Paypal IPN).
Customers might be the business owner adding a single business listing or they might be a group / marketing company / head office / government department adding multiple listings / types / areas.
As there are already unowned listings in the database it must be possible for people to claim their own already-existing business listing – in doing so they will receive 3 months free listing after which they must decide to pay or not to continue the listing.
It must be possible to have multiple levels of subscriptions
i.e 1 listings = n.nn GBP for 3 months
2-5 listings = n.nn GBP for 3 months
unlimited listings = n.nn GBP for 3 months
This must be configurable in the admin area by myself I must be able to change the values for the thresholds and periods and also add new ones at will.
The subscription levels must be held at the customer level and not the business listing level.
It must also be possible to flag certain listings as free (no charge).
In the case of no charge listings the contact should receive an email every three months asking them to renew their free listing.
This should be built using php5 + mysql 5. The system itself should be fairly simple, it should just allow bsuiness owners to manage their own listings, marketing companies to add multiple listings on behalf of their clients at a reduced multiple rate, and charities or government bodies etc to manage their free listings.

I’m writing some mysql queries for a reporting application and need some help in creating five different main queries.
It may be a combination of mysql with php to get the exact results.
I have a table with one transaction per row … it includes user_id, transaction id, date, product (and other fields which are unrelated)
The queries I need to create are:
(1) how many results for a particular month for new users (i.e. this is the first occurrence of that user_id)
(2) how many results for a particular month where there was no transaction for a user_id that, no transactions in the next two months, but there was in a previous month
(3) how many transactions for a particular month where the user has a transaction this month and the product ID for the current month is a “higher level” we have a separate table to determine levels) than in previous months
(4) how many transactions for a particular month where the user has a transaction this month and the product ID for the current month is a “lower level” than previous months
(5) how many transactions for a particular month where the user has a transaction this month, did not have one the previous two months, but has one at the same level prior to that 3 months ago.
I have a database with data that I would like displayed as a line graph based (3 line graph). As part of this job I will require a similar graph for a second set of data (from the same database) but the graphs both work in exactly the same way.
The information spans 12 months but would like the graph to display current day less 3 months by default but also includes a drop down menu for 6 months, 9 months and 12 months. When the user selects a period other than the default the graph updates automatically.

1) All text on all pages and buttons will be stored in a text file in UTF-8 format.
2) User registration and lost password function. Fields for registration will be Name, Email address, Company Name, Job Title, Password. Lost password will ask for email address. 3) After a user logs in, they will have the ability to change all their registration details, except for their email address.
3) The following features are available in the Dashboard App:
a) Search for posts with certain words or phrases and return a list of those posts (50 posts per page). The ability to limit between 2 dates is also available.
b) Create a graph showing the frequency of a word over a certain period of time (1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, Maximum). The graph should be similar to the graph here where users can drag the timeline: http://www.google.com/finance?q=GOOG
c) Similar to (b) above, user can create a graph with up to 5 different keywords or phrases and chart the frequencies on the same graph

First some background detail:
The cart allows for product variations. So that let’s say I was selling different laptops with different size screens. When a customer selects a 17″ screen the product will cost $x and when they select the 21″ screen the price will raise to $xx
The cart also allows for product downloads. So that after a client has paid for a product they receive a download link via email. The problem is that the product variations and the download option cannot be used together. The product variations are restricted to “physical products” and the downloads to “downloadable products”
I am creating a music licensing website, so I need customers to be able to select the type of license they need for their project, and then receive a download of the song after they purchase the license.
#1 I need the product variation and download feature tweaked so that they can work together.
#2 There also needs to be a way for a customer to type in what
song they are interested in, somewhere in the process, whether they
type in a song name on my website and then the shopping cart launches, or they
type a song name in after have already accessed the shopping cart.
So that, after they purchase a license for the song – they will
receive a download of the song they purchased a license for.
#3 Also within “product variation” part of the code, there is a slight

instead of just being able to say that each variation costs a certain amount like this:

9-12 months = $600
Local = $200

I would have to type in Each of the 27 different combinations. Is there a way to fix/change that so I don’t have to type in each variation? Does that make sense?
