I want to create the best HYIP monitoring site on the web hands down! I want a shout box, language translation, I will be using a Gold Coders monitoring script pro software. I do have some designers in mind already, however they cannot do any coding.

If the VPS 2 is found to be down, then VPS 1 should automatically send a Reboot Request Email to an email address I will provide. The email must contain the IP of vps 2 that needs to be rebooted . The OS of both servers is CENTOS.

I have a powerbuilder application. To explain what it does in a nutshell, it connects to a database and checks the sum of a column, if this net amount exceeds an amount we set then it stops specific .exes from launching. So its a bit like a net nanny that stops kids from going on certain websites except this stops people opening programs.

It currently works fine although they are some minor bugs, the current process is worked in a way thats its extremely difficult to close down, if you close one exe there is several monitoring that one, and there is also ones monitoring the exe that that are monitoring so it makes it quite difficult to bypass this.

Anyway thats in a nutshell a simplified version of what the application does, the original developer is not available to continue the project for at least a month so i need someone to continue with debugging and adding some small features until he returns. Depending on the situation and quality of work we may have ongoing work even after the developer returns.

So Ive attached a pdf explaining the changes needed to the current application, i have all the source files and also instructions from the programmer on how the application works.

Reposting as the last developer we selected wasted a lot of time and didn’t finish the project. Looking to start this soon hours. We need someone who can work fast due to the last programmer wasting a lot of our time.

We are looking for a website that has the same functionality and reporting as Pingdom.com with the exception of a few things. We aren’t looking for an API nor do we need an iPhone application. As for the server section that chooses the servers to test the sites, we would either need to be able to put in server information and change them as necessary.
