I connect this SBC to a gsm modem (ie: huawei e220) with usb cable. The gsm modem receives incoming MMS. Those MMS need to get picked up by the SBC and the SBC must httt post them to a url.
The job is to build the application served by the SBC that
1) picks up the mms from modem
2) post it to a url
This must be professional grade application able to deal with the load.
Both the sbc and the modem will be operated from a remote location. Thus :
the application must be able to reset/restart the sbc and the modem.
The application must be able to erase phone numbers as needed (security reasons).

I have two USB Modem. MICROMAX MMX610U (EMEI : 353474020802609, S/N: D82AA10891301975) and ZTE AC8710 (ESN: 0FEB7BED, S/N: 412820610556). I want them unlocked so i can use any SIM Card in them.

I am looking for a script writer to provide some scripting service with current SMS application
- Binding between 4x phone number (A, B, C, D) and 1x phone number (Z)
i. so any of those 4x numbers (A, B, C, D) sms to GSM modem (L),
ii. modem (L) will send a request to 1x phone number (Z) with a command,
iii. Z will send a reply SMS with coordinate to GSM modem (L),
iv. then those coordinate will need to be converted to address via google map and send back to the original sender (A, B, C, or D)

a client wants to know whether it would be possible for an sms to add data to a database and how it would be set up re script and hardware.

Currently we have a usb modem with a sim card in. We also have an online shop (OScommerce or Virtuemart for instance)

Each time an sms is sent to the sim (this will need to be scalable to allow several modems to be used) the sms contents can be read and used to update the database.

The application would be for the Safaricom Mpesa money transfer system used in Kenya. The client wants to be able to take live payments.

NB The actual money is being sent elsewhere, the sms is only notification (with info of name, phone number, amount, transaction number, account info (could be anything – username, invoice number etc)). There would probably have to some kind of callback confirmation to ensure the details are correct.

What we need to know is how the hardware would be set up and how the script would interact with the database, security and procedure etc.

This is quite a big leap for us and we need to discuss this (where should the server be, how it all connects up etc). I have attached a zip of the software that is loaded with the usb modem. It might give you some idea of how the information is read (for instance, if an sms is sent to the modem sim while it is connected to a pc the message is shown immediately on the PC s we are part way there already – but obviously you will need to look more closely at the details.)

Question: A fully customized application means, an auto submission classified ad poster for www.kijiji.com or www.CL.org, or www.backpage.com, etc? Check out www.kiposter.com for an example of a classified ad poster.

Question: Can you include these capabilities to a customized application for a kijiji.com auto poster? They are: automatic scheduler (post to any category, any city at intervals like every day, week, two days, every two days at 5 PM, etc.)

Question: Can you include this capability: Proxy (HTTP or IP or software? Which do you recommend?) Able to use proxies within the customized application. Be able to rotate proxy addresses: HTTP and SOCKS v4, v5 and IP addresses.

Question: Can you include this capability: Automatic Repost – The customized application checks to see if the ad is already posted. If it is then it doesnt do anything, if the ad isnt posted at a certain category and city then it reposts it.

NOTE: Can you create each one as a seperate independent function script? So I can add any of these scripts to the main application. Otherwise these seperate function scripts are disabled and unhighlighted.

Question: Can you create an area where I can insert the title, body ad copy and even perhaps html code?

Question: For the above question: Can you create and insert a text layout toolbar? Features like paragraph indention (left, middle, right), bold, font types, font size, underline, italic, etc?

Question: Can you create these functions as tabbed functions? Meaning: If I want to insert the ads, I click on the ad creation tab, if I want to use proxies, I click on the proxy use tabs, etc.

Question: Can you allow the customized application to save all information (postings, settings, etc) to mySQL, excel, access or txt? Can you customize the application so that it can save all the settings for an ad campaign?

Question: Can you create the capability for the customized application to insert invisible texts in the ad and ad title (optional if turned on feature)? I can tell you why later.
