Android app that when “g” key is pushed it take a picture and MMS it to a predetermined number.
After the image is taken it immediately records video for 15 seconds.
Then resets until “g” key is pushes again. the video needs to start recording immediately after picture is taken. having the least amount of time between picture and video.

I need to install Wowza Streaming Server on a Linux server and use the http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003WSQTWU to relay the current MMS stream from the Windows machine to the linux server running Wowza.

The Wowza will need to provide a unique pull points in Flash, ihone/ipad, 3GPP, Silverlight, Quicktime, ShoutCast/IceCast, IPTV in h.267 format. I will need a easy and manageable way to set up new pull points.

I will provide all the software and hardware.

This app consists of 4 calculators, so there is essentially 5 screens to develop (not including the loading screen)

I connect this SBC to a gsm modem (ie: huawei e220) with usb cable. The gsm modem receives incoming MMS. Those MMS need to get picked up by the SBC and the SBC must httt post them to a url.
The job is to build the application served by the SBC that
1) picks up the mms from modem
2) post it to a url
This must be professional grade application able to deal with the load.
Both the sbc and the modem will be operated from a remote location. Thus :
the application must be able to reset/restart the sbc and the modem.
The application must be able to erase phone numbers as needed (security reasons).

I have a site sillytext.com that allows users to send a text message and picture from the site.

I want to add two functions that will allow users to send a sound file to go with the picture. The sound files would be in a dropdown list, they select it if wanted and it is sent with the picture that they choose. The sound needs to play at the same time the picture is displayed.

I am currently thinking about providing premium rate mobile wallpapers and videos service.

I have been using an SMS gateway provider (Itagg .com) for a number of years for SMS subscription services to communicate with clients, if possible I would like to use Itagg as the provider.

I suppose I need advise on what is required to run the service technically and leagaly etc, and what standards are used? ie set size or use any JPEG etc. Also I don’t know if any companies offer a solution like a whitelable solution and you can supply your own content.

I am looking to see if it is possible to create some sort of website where I can upload MMS pictures, from a cell phone, and view other uploads as well. People can upload MMS pictures from their phone and other people can log on the website and comment on these pictures too.

Now, understand that I don’t want the pictures to be emailed from a phone, but rather sent via MMS. Imagine you sending an MMS picture from your iphone to another friend’s phone. Instead of sending to a friend, you send to the website phone number or URL.

I understand there may be some complication.

I am not sure where to even begin.
-Do I need a 5 digit number for people to send the MMS to? (ie. send mms to 54545 and it uploads to site, with small 140 letter caption)
-What type of programming and upkeep will this require?
-Do I need an MMSC server?
-How will the HTTP POST work?
-Is this even legal? Would I have to make a deal with any wireless carriers?

Right now I will only use this site in the US, not other countries.
