It is a conversation in English. There are three speakers and the accents are New Zealand, Australian and Brazilian.

There are a few Sanskrit words, but not many and it is not important to get them right.

This is an easy job.

Queues are commonly used in network systems. For example, e-mail is placed in queues while it is waiting to be sent and after it arrives at the recipient’s mailbox. A problem occurs, however, if the outgoing mail processor cannot send one or more of the messages in the queue. For example, a message might not be sent because the recipient’s system is not available.

Write an email simulator that processes mail at an average of 40 messages per minute. As messages are received, they are placed in a queue. For the simulation, assume that the messages arrive at an average rate of 30 messages per minute. Remember, the messages must arrive randomly, so you will need to use random number generator to determine when messages are received.

Each minute, you can dequeue up to 40 messages and send them. Assume that 25% of the messages in the queue cannot be sent in any processing cycle. I would like to take 30 minute movies of things like the beach, hot air balloons, city parks, and turn them into 30 minute movies, or longer if you add some cool editing, titles and credits, and anything else that would make a boring movie I would make a little better! I’m looking to have a programmer depending on parabolic sar automated trading robot for the MetaTrader4 platform , I need it to execute every thing automatically selling & buying according to these condition :
Sell (short) 1 lot of GBP USD from the first dot of the Parabolic Sar appears above the price.
Stop loss when the Parabolic Sar change direction , and buy(long) 1 lot of GBP USD from the first dot comes under the price , and so on.
I need it to work with 15m timeframe.
When it execute sell (short) for example at 1.5856 , I need it to ask for another 1 lot 20 dot above 1.5856 mean at 1.5876 for 15 minute, otherwise cancel it if it was not executed during this 15 minute.
Same with buy (long) when it executed for example at 1.5654 , I need it to ask for another 1 lot 20 dot below 1.5654 mean at 1.5634 for 15 minute, otherwise cancel it if it was not executed during this 15 minute.
Last I need this expert in two copy , one as I mention above exactly .
The second copy should take profit after 20 dots and wait for another change. I will try both experts separately and find out which one is more profit for me .

Description:
I am seeking to outsource the creation of 2 or more 2-minute flash presentation for an Information Technology outsourcing company.

Objective:
The objective is to effectively position and sell a company providing software support services, educating the viewer about the benefits of hiring the company and prompting the viewer to act upon finishing viewing the presentation.

The presentation would highlight the following:
1. Inefficiencies in the ‘As-Is’ software support model organizations use.
2. Clear explanation of the benefits of outsourcing the software support.
3. Value of engaging with the company to leverage their expertise in providing remote support for softwre products and related services.

Bidder Requirements:
- Designer with reviews
- Fluency in verbal, written and graphical communication concepts
- Viewable, related work for reference
- Experience in creating pitches for ‘Managed IT Services Provider’ clients would be helpful.

Project Requirements:
- 2:00 minutes in length
- Clean, impactful, uncluttered and simple visualization of complex decision-making process.
- Use of motion/animation to deliver message
- DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
- Stock images and other images may be needed
- Soundtrack
- Voice over

Supplied Resources:
- Logo
- Color scheme
- Unrefined marketing pitch/message
- Basic storyboard to guide the project
