I need the database extracted from a website with what seems to be a not very complicated system. There are only about 600 names. To the public, the names are parsed by state, and in a login area (for which I have access) they are available alphabetically.

I need them put into an excel spreadsheet. The names are listed with the last name, a comma, and the first name. I need to be able to have the first and last name separated so that I can make proper address labels. Also, I need separate fields for street address, city, state, etc.
