Am interested in migrating an existing web application to various languages and look&feel, all deriven from CSS & language files. including to an RTL languages. no need in knowing the specific languages – all materials will be provided in a ready form (psd for style, doc for texts)
total number of pages within the application – 10-15 which comes down to around the 100 sentences alltogether.
required: implementation of a language layer & css design.
development environment is PHP & MySQL.
