Need to change 3-4 menu bars from 2009 to 2010 on a php site

I have a menu bar that has a submenu bar also. Over the years I have added new stuff on the bar, so I have had different people put there coing on the bar. All I need is someone to clean up the code and make the menu bar work the right way. Currently I am using wordpress. All I need is if someone clicks on a main menu link, I just need it to load the sub menu bars below. I jusy want a nice clean code for the bar, so Google picks up the links also.

I would like a facebook style menu bar.

It would need to have similiar feautres including pop-up chat and “current users online”. It would need to link to snapps user database were it will look to see what freinds you have are online would be great. (similiar to the apps bar on facebook).

I need someone to install and customize phpfox. I am using wordpress and need the header and colors to match my site. I also need a link to be placed in my menu bar, so people can click on it to get to the phpfox. Then under my menu bar, I need the menu bar of phpfox, so people can navigate that.

I currently have a drop down menu bar in wordpress where the top menu bar has the page titles and the menu bar below has the categories. What I would like to do is leave the same design of the menu bar, but first get rid of the drop down menus. I would like to custimze the menu bar so the top menu bar has ceratin pages or catagories. The when a user clicks something from the top menu bar, it will take them to the main pages. But it will also have different pages they can go to in the menu bar below, something more specific.

I have a wordpress website and need to create a new menu bar. Currently there is a top mkenu bar that shows pages, then a lower menu bar that shows catagories. I would like to integrate these so the top pages have some pages and catagories and the lower menu bar has sub catagories. I would also like the mnue bars to look different they currently are.

one – 22px high x 680px long
one – 22px high x 200px long

Text, text style and colour as per attached sample

on mouseover = text change to white
on select = blue (as per attached sample)

create a CSS file to control ‘mouseovers’

I need someone to create a face book.com style menu toolbar. I want a tool bar similar to the one that FB has at the bottom of the site. I would like it to have the expand collapse like that does. It also needs to be major browser compatible (FF, IE, Chrome). Would like it to integrate somewhat with phpBB3 forum board software.
