I would like to have a online database i where we can manage all menbers in a Yacht Club. The databse must handel all detilas of a member and the boat and berth, also waiting list, prioritation, billing must be included. This must be presented on a webpage for easy use.

This is the second of several projects needed for a new suite of websites promoting liberty minded political education content to our paid members and free users.

In this design stage 2, I need to develop an online membership database management system, customized marketing, referral tracking and data collection.

1. Website template design is complete, but needs to be given a professional make-over, with hovered drop-down menus, nice tabs etc.

I’m involved with a community theatre and we’re looking to compile all of our members and participants into a database so we can look for people with particular interests and skills when casting a show or looking for production crew.

What I need is to have profiles for individuals that would hold basic info like name, age contact information, member status/type, and associated various interests each member has such as acting, directing and so on.

As no one wants to input all of this information, I’d want participants to be able to have an account so they can manage their own profile in order to update contact info, upload a new head shot, add an interest and so on.

We don’t need a full public front end of this database. The information will be used to make queries such as listing all people in the database interested in Stage Managing or all females that have a soprano vocal range and then email everyone in that list.

We’re a struggling non-profit theatre group so we don’t have a lot of cash to spend.

The database doesn’t have to be pretty or flashy, just functional.
