Needing a mobile video app, to be compatible with iPhone, Blackberry and Androids, to offer a one click content selection guide (with tier options)and the options of free to watch, PPV, and subscription, geo blocking on video content features, geo tracking of user to enable push ads, and social networking/content sharing options. The app must meet Apple specifications, and programmer must past experience creating iTunes acceptable apps. I have the SWF files for 10 banner ads (I do NOT have FLA files). I need to ensure that they all meet the specifications of the website where I will be running them. Not only do I not know how to modify the files if they don’t meet the specifications, I don’t even know how to tell if they meet the specifications…

1) Check if each ad meets the specifications (attached to here)
