We are currently planning a September newsletter for our mailing list at ishopathomeusa.com. The mailing list is a little over 46,000 address. We are looking for someone to manage this mailing campaign for us over the next few days. We have a newsletter in HTML format(a non-final version of the newsletter is attached to this project) and the images will be hosted on our server. So we would like someone to send the newsletter out to the mailing list we will provide and at the end of the give us with a list of bounced addresses to remove from our mailing list. We would like all of the emails sent out in the next 2-3 days if at all possible.

We are looking for someone to manage this mailing campaign for us over the next few days. We have a newsletter in Word format and need it converted to html of reasonable size for sending. It isn’t that complex so it shouldn’t be difficult. The document is attached to this posting. The images will be hosted on our server. So we would like someone to convert the newletter, send it out to the mailing list we will provide and at the end of the job provide us with a list of bounced addresses to remove from our list. We would like all of the emails sent out at least before Mother’s Day(this Sunday.)

There we should save multiple Newsletter’s, send to respective contact list & get delivery reports.

Owner of an e-commerce site, I am setting up my own system to send out my invitations and newsletter to a massive list of custies, prospects, subscribers…
I have already put together numerous bits of the whole system, but my current bottleneck is improving the MTA part. In the current configuration i use Exim on a relatively small dedicated server solely devoted to run Exim (database, list management, message writing, etc. all this is taken care of on another server).
I achieve 20.000 mails sent in an hour.
I believe this is poor: I should reach 100.000.

I found some ways of tweaking the Exim config on Google, this is confusing, thus I need :
1. advice
2. someone who will be able to do the set up quickly in SSH interface.

Any Exim expert out there ???
