Need a great artistic header that shows the night stars twinkling above the mountains where a lighted “HOLLYWOOD” sign stands. Under the mountains are the silhouettes of palm trees and the lights of Hollywood. The is a bright and colorful movie premiere marquee with lights around it in all white lights (I’m going to make them off and on in Flash later).

My home page is great . . . but it lacks a scrolling news marquee. That was no problem until I realized that I had news that I wanted to share! Whooops. So I want to add a scrolling marquee that I can turn on only if I have news to share and that can scroll one or more different messages. I would like each message to be a link to a sub-page. My website is built on Drupal. The scrolling marquee will require a small adjustment to existing page elements to make room for it.

This project requires the use of flash with some action scripting to create an image marquee, which would display logos of clients and client’s name.
The width is 615 and height 70, with a white background.
The examples is as follows:
http://j-sen.jp/kanto/index.htm (Bottom of of the flash on top of the page)
And the flash design follows as:
http://www.bellwebber.com/clients/innovationpartners/portal/asuil-food.jp/html/
Design image is attached below.
(I will provide design source files)
Now the functionality must be the SAME as the example above.
and the design follows as provided above.
The flash grabs image information from XML.
The information contains as follows:
* image path
* target link
* company name
The image size will be specified in the XML file, so no need to resize images in the flash.
(images are not the equal size)
I have 2 websites both with a marquee. On one the marquee works as it should. On the other it does not. Both sites are very similar. I need to know how to fix the broken marquee. This is a very easy job (I’m just too tired to figure it out) so I do not expect to pay much for it. Thank you to all bidders. New bidders will be considered as well as others.
