(2) Field #2 is a text Field

We need the app to do the following with AmazonPayments:
(1) In field #1 the visitor inserts the Amazon email username of one of our gallery artists.
(2) In field #2 the visitor inserts his own Amazon email username (if he does not have one Amazon will ask him to create one).
(3) In field #3 the visitor inserts a dollar amount to send to the user inserted in Field #1 and then clicks on the Submit/Amazon button to send him money.
(4) we collect a small “marketplace” fee of .10 cents per transaction for our art gallery to be added to our Amazon account.

Note: Field #2 we may not need to have as Amazon will ask visitors for that information when he sends money.
