I need 4 different maps no more than(650 by 650)
different colored markers display various location types and their locations
-locations in Africa
-locations in Iraq and surrounding areas
-locations in the u.s
-locations in Afghanistan Pakistan
would like to create a page of highlighting services and the international locations we cover on a map. similar to
http://www.mergermarket.com/globalnetwork/
but has light box (popup)overlays instead of the navigational pages.
1. highlight the areas we cover (internationally)
2. Services offered in that region
3. highlight our help centers and office location.
I have a map/image of USA with sates/regions. i want simple overlay of this map where state/region color will change when mouse over. i want to a pop up that will display my information when mouse click. the information will come from a txt file. i can am happy with css, but prefer flash because the popup should animate from small bubbles/circle shapes that add up to larger bubble with the information presented.

We have a google map at: http://www.elikaassociates.com/nyc-neighborhood-guide . There appears to be a problem in which the green neighborhood overlays flicker and do not display properly.
We are looking to fix this asap.
