I am looking for someone who can develop a site like mangashare.com and animetake.com ( a mixture of the two)
I want the website to have multiple sections:
-manga and anime

Each of the section will provide a list of series and each series will have different chapters. And for each chapter, visitor will have the choice between several file hoster links, online reading, forum discussion, torrent ( for the manga part); file hoster links, torrent, online streaming for the anime section.
You can take example of mangashare for the manga section and animetake for the anime section.

The registered user will have the possibility to submit links to either the manga or the anime but each submission will have to be reviewed before it is posted.

The frontpage should feature the latest submissions for the manga section. And a tab should exist in order to switch to the anime section. The transition shouldn’t load too slow though (maybe ajax or something)

I plan to integrate a forum (maybe vbulletin) so synchronization with the forum should be possible) . I mean, if the visitor log in the website, he shouldn’t have the need to log again in the forum and vice versa.( furthermore, the database should be common ofr the two)

An admin panel, moderator panel, uploader panel (different position panel) is recommended.

There should be some historic data for the submissions: i mean moderators and administrators should have something in order to track the submissions, the time of submission etc.

A search engine is asked.
A rating (for the serie) is also asked.
Directory with all of the manga
Directory with all of the scanlator groups and individual scanlator pages
Each manga should get its own page with information and chapters listings

The website should be secure against hacker’s attacks.( brute force defense,etc)

The website must be accessible via mobile phone.

For those who are interested and can do this job for me, i ask some more specific details. A chat with me would be necessary in order for you to get a clearer picture of what i want.
The website is essentially a link directory but if it’s possible, i also would like to integrate an online manga reader and if you can , an anime streaming site. Of course, based on what you can and can not do, the price will change accordingly.

The time of completion should be no more than a month, a week would be good.

I need a PHP script which functions like onemanga.com or mangafox.com. The programmer shouldn’t worry about the design, since I’m a graphic designer. You just have to use XHTML and CSS for the script. The script should funtion like this : Admin (me) has to upload the manga pages to ex. ‘mangas/example_manga/example_chapter/’. Then the script show that manga is updated and list them (like mangafox.com). The manga viewer should be exactly like onemanga.com. Please, take a look at it’s manga viewer. Programmer must use PHP and MySQL. AJAX would be nice, but optional. This project should finished within 6 weeks.
