We were working on a workflow management system in asp.net and MSSQL standard which is almost 80% completed. all database are designed and developed… workflow system is also designed and coded.

The workflow management works like this

client->wav files->staff1->staff2->staff3->admin->superadmin->back to client

i.e. our staff receives wav files to be transcribed. Each user will see only what is defined by superadmin in the rules. Then staff1 upload transcribed version (.doc) and it will be available to staff2 and so on..

Staff1, staff2 are categories of the users i.e. there could be 100 users under Staff1

1.. Make the entire system in our template (its very very simple template with just few CSS lines) a top part and css for table and a login page thats all.

2.. There are few components remaining and you need to finish it off as a final product

a) session management (alghouth user/password creation is done) just need to make the proper authentication so the user logged in see only what he is allowed.

b) Workflow distribution by admin (most of the parts are done) just few more rules to be added

c) count characters of the documents

d) Implement Ajax so that most of the parts do not need a full page refresh

e) Must be fully secure with absolutely no backdoors for hackers. You must test everything. We will also get ssl cert. but session management must be secure.

NOTE: You must agree that we own full copyrights of this system and no part of it may be used for any other developments of your or your other client’s projects.
