Manadment Program (in Access)

I need a manadment program for a study center.
It’s much the same as used for gyms.
Needs to have a teachers info page, a students info page and an accounting part.
The accounting is the tricky part… it needs an input section (in excel, or something, that teachers fill out) and it needs to make all the calculations (numbers of classes bought, number of classes taken, promos…. a bit complex in terms of comparing everything)
