We are looking for Mass Emailing System preferably in PHP, My SQl with good interface, Where we can maintain different Contact List, Import- Export them from various sources. Categories Contacts.
There we should save multiple Newsletter’s, send to respective contact list & get delivery reports.

WE also want automatic subscription & un-subscription functionality in it.

Mailing System To Be Fixed

I have a problem with the built in mailing system on my site vote4beats.com. When I am trying 2 send out a mailing list it sends it out in some kind of code. I think this system uses PHP.

Php Mailing System

Please DO NOT bid if you can’t complete this job by this weekend.

I want a mailing system.

The system has to be password protected.

1. Interface to input users;
name, zip, address, email, phone
(see attached)

2. users will be recorded in multiple categories.
I need to create categories and subcategories (but it will be better, if I can add subcats,
subsubcats etc)
If I have
cat1= subcat1a, subcat1b, subcat1c
cat2 = subcat2a, subcat2b, subcat2c, etc

If I add a user, in subcat1a, the user will be automatically added to cat1
If I add a user, in subcat2c, the user will be automatically added to cat2

3. Interface to send mail to users in one cat, or one subcat or all users.
Mail must use class.phpmailer because the subject and header will be multibyte.

Please I must get this latest this weekend.
