Unable to send or receive email with Postfix Mail Server

Centos OS with webmin

I need:
1. Configure mail server. fyi- my dedicated server and domain names are with different companies. I’ve four domain right now and all of them has already been configured to point to my dedicated server.
so only need is fix the mail server(Mail Exchanger (MX-Record) properly.
2. Install Agriya groupdeal script.

Note: I need a trusted person for long term relation, particularly A person who can do regular servicing/backup as my first site will be public starting next week.

I have my own e-mail forwarder system in place however I am not keen on the as the way I have it set up is they can use any e-mail address from any e-mail sender however I have tested and the deliverability seems to be more junk than inbox.

Can anyone help me on talking about an e-mail server that has a good deliverability rate / bulk e-mail sender?

Wanting some help with setting up my email server which the ISP has changed.
We have VPOP3 Email Software loaded on our server and our ISP has changed the email details at their end so we now need to update the settings on our pop3 server.

Not too familiar with Vpop3 but am sure someone with a technical mind can get this working.

I ill be able to provide remote admistration for our email server using just a browser.

We need to make an email messages, outgoing from our mail server, don’t get into Spam or Bulk folders.
Primary target services are: Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL.

The server already has correct reverse zone, SPF-record and Dkim key set.

i am using postfix to send mail,all my email going to comcast bulk folder but there is no issue with gmail and yahoo.mail contains more than 3 images and html format.i need someone to instruct me how to fix this,no direct access to server now.

I’m looking for help finishing up my mail server (on Ubuntu Hardy). The primary purpose of the mail server is to be a repository for emails that will be made available to a PHP script via imap_open()… the problem I’m encountering is in connecting the PHP script with the Maildir (I think my certificates are invalid). Otherwise, the mail server works fine (I use Postfix and Courier), so I’d primarily be looking to solve this connection problem. I’m receiving the following error message in my mail log, which I believe points to an issue with my SSL certificate (which I’ve purchased through GoDaddy):

mail imapd-ssl: couriertls: accept: error:14094418:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:tlsv1 alert unknown ca

Also, if you’re able to help pipe emails using .forward files, I’d be interested in enlisting your help with this as well.

I can’t sent e-mail without smtp-auth. need reconfiguration of postfix and other related software. Please note this a web hosting Server runnig on EHCP platform and UBUNTU 8.04.

This should be a relatively small project for someone experience with this. I need a mail server set up on an Ubuntu Linux cloud server.

I can provide you with the login details for the server. I already have apache installed and some other software as well as webmin.

I need help! I’m having a lot of problems with sending out mail from my web server. It’s suppose to send out a mail at the users request if they forgot their password or if I decided to send out a e-mail blast. Instead, I get an error message like this:

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at “localhost” port 25, verify your “SMTP” and “smtp_port” setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in C:xampphtdocsincutils.inc.php on line 427

For some reason it’s not recognizing my mail server. But here’s the catch…

The mail server that I have access to is at globat.com. They gave me list configurations that I need to set my e-mail client to in order to use their mail server. Take a look:

1. Your Incoming POP server is pop.globat.com

2. Your Outgoing SMTP server is smtp.globat.com

We have a server and there we upload a mass mail PHP script…..First time we sent 10k+ mail inbox ….After that every mail gone Spam folder……So what can we do…If you know solution or any script with support proxy you have that can mass mail then bid …..
