I was recently trying to update my magento site and it failed. The site stopped working. I have created backups of the files through cpanel, as well as the database. I have re-installed these but I am getting a forbidden 401 message.

I need someone to help me fix this ASAP.

I have

1. CPANEL database backup
2. CPANEL home directory backup
3. All FTP server files downloaded on my PC from before I did the changes
4. MYADMIN php backups of the databases
