Need someone to set up magento online shop. Already installed, need help to get it set up properly through product listings, themes, and the general workings of the site. Doesn’t have to be complicated, just a simple set up that works.

I require someone who will setup my magento based site to automatically book collections with UPS. We currently use the worldship program from UPS and import via CSV but we can get what ever service is required from UPS to make it work. We have special rates from UPS so it must use these and not UPS standard.
It must work with shipping options like the country, pre 12 and saturday service.
We are UK based and have a UK UPS account.
