We have a VERY custom installation of 1.4.1.1. We need to upgrade to the latest stable version. Possibly version 1.6 CE once it is available and stable for a couple weeks.

There are numerous extensions installed and some of the CORE code HAS been changed.

What other info do you need from me in order to give a quote?

If you cannot successfully upgrade Magento, then payment will not be made to you.

You will need to install and setup extensions to support a store locator, html editor, secure access, and more defined in the specification.
