Users purchase seats for $1.00 which allows them to place 10 bids in the auction. User can purchase as many seats as they like. Auction ends when the full number of required seats have been purchased. The lowest unique price wins.

I am looking for a programmer / designer who can create a lowest unique bid auction website which will be based in the UK, based on a detailed brief which I am close to completing.

No auction timers are required for this site but instead each auction will require a percentage bar which I will need full control over the different values from within the control panel. This is so I can control the number of bids required to close the auction.

Where there is a front/backdoor – backdoor can set the auctions max amount of bids and limit of bids up, frontdoor is where members long on to place there bid, there will be a bid fee and that should be able to be set up thru the admin section depending on what is being auctioned, sorry about the lack of technical language and the misorganisation of this but if you follow the link above it’s exactly what i want but its not what i’ll be marketing

Combo Time-lapse PLUS minimum number of bids OR minimum number of bids end the auction only. Don’t have any interest in timed unique bid auction scripts. If you don’t have a demo site and admin with login to show, do not respond. Prefer php/mysql, but would consider others if functionally worthy.
