I would like to collaborate with some solid apple iphone and ipad design and developers please that have created previous Electronic Medical Record apps, who have knowledge and experience with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality. My goal is to take my current forms, make them usable on the iPad (with drop down menus, check boxes, or free text fields) mileage calculation to people’s homes from 1 location, initiation of the camera or photo album or videos for photos. I’d love for a field to open up in a consent doc. that a client could sign with a stylus. I’d love to be able to email clients forms and efax a doc from within the program. I’d love for the program to be able to create a client list and possibly have some or all of this info automatically populate some of the data to another statistics page.

I represent a musical artist and public speaker that is launching a concert and speaking series titled “Love Yourself, Live Your Life”.

We are seeking a graphic design that embodies the meaning of these words:”Love Yourself, Live Your Life”. The words must be incorporated into the design.

Artwork must be an original design, no clip art.

The design element will be featured on posters, banners, brochures, tickets, and print collateral to promote the show. It may also be used as or as part of a book (cover) of the same name.

I need the exact red/black color, the exact font type, and the exact heart. This is the most important part. Don’t just give me a knock off font or heart. It must look exactly like this NY graphic.

The total height for the lines for “Free” and “Stuff” should be equal to the combined height of the first line “I ‘heart’”.

We want to teach people how to use the PC, so we not only fix, we educate.
We want to distinguish ourselves through EXCELLENT customer service -
making us unique to Dell or Compaq help centres.
We also want to distinguish ourselves from being a shop – we can get
parts, but we focus on repairs.
We want to give users OUR expertise of out-the-box thinking that shows
them online tools and services that don’t even get advertised!
That’s the stuff that blows people away – knowledge of the unique.

The designer must be unique, think “out-of-the-box”, and have 3
websites to show me this uniqueness. (IMPORTANT – I am not interested
in how many sites you have done – I want to see something that would

have to scroll too much – Genevapc.com is a perfect form.
I want unique names for menu choices.
I love the flash banner at the beginning – that’s a must. It is up to
you what the Flash banner will say.
I love the request a quote button – exactly what I want. And I love
the way the window pops out for the form, for examples of work done,
etc.
The blog page is a bit messy – if cleaned up, I’d like something
similar in concept, but cleaner.

I need a graphic designer who can set the overall look and feel for a rock & roll dating site for Australia, that I’m building using OS date/PHP.

I need a header design that includes a flash file standard leaderboard size (that i’ll swap out for ads later). Shorter term it’s a branding exercise, the flash file will be lyrics from songs that fade up and off, resolving on I Love Rock & Roll. Plus a ‘logo’ or site branding in left hand corner of header.

Apart from that I need a couple of 120 x 90 (thereabouts, tbc) graphics for some areas linked from homepage (Feedback / Twitter / ILR&R promo), which I mostly have ideas for – and you should only bid on this project if you understand why I want a volume knob going to 11 for the ‘feedback’ area, and make reference to it in your reply

Someone else is redoing the ‘no pic’ images, and all the icons etc I’m just using ex OSdate.

As for look and feel – I’ll have a version of the site so you can see the layout/elements on the page in a few days. I have a programmer to make CSS changes – you just have to mock up colours / fonts/ look in photoshop, but an understanding of CSS would be useful.

It’s a lo-fi text heavy site for starters, so readability/legibility is important, it’s gotta look good. clean and simple It’s all about choosing the right palette I guess, and it doesn’t have to be over the top.

I have a number of existing different graphic elements / logos / imagery that can be used, can supply EPS files. They’re not mandatory though if you can do better – but nor is it a ‘come up with whole concept from scratch’ job. For some ideas images are required – if you can’t access through available image library sources I will pay (with cost determined and agreed first) on top of $ for job.

I expect a bit of too-ing and fro-ing and I’m gonna be fussy – so allow for revisions in your quote, but expect a reasonable brief & direction from the outset too.

I’ll need to see some work, and remember to tell me where ‘all the way to 11′ comes from in your reply!

On the first site (heelatch.com), here’s what I like:
I like the blueish-to-white background, but it may be a bit darker and
the picture of a motherboard engraved into it would be great.
The clean look
I want a references section, but not a page all to itself – maybe in
the services section.
I want the from on the contact page to not be too long – should not
have to scroll too much – Genevapc.com is a perfect form.
I want unique names for menu choices.
I love the flash banner at the beginning – that’s a must. It is up to
you what the Flash banner will say.
I love the request a quote button – exactly what I want. And I love
the way the window pops out for the form, for examples of work done,
etc.
The blog page is a bit messy – if cleaned up, I’d like something
similar in concept, but cleaner.
I would also like the unique people logos they have throughout the
site – one for each section as needed.
Perhaps a place for putting my A+, Network+ and I-Net+ certification
logos would be useful, as well as other qualification
logos.(Microsoft, Cisco)

A few links needed include: one for Skype (which will forward to my
cellphone) as well as a direct line (1-800-line) will be purchased for
all users to access.
A free downloads section that we recommend – many won’t be your
run-of-the-mill downloads.
A “hidden treasures” section too – things that the average user would
not know and want to check out.
A section where I can link articles I write &lt;or others&gt;, video I find

We want to have a section that will discuss a daily download we highly
recommend and why, along with a feedback section so users can teach US

In the registration page I want a section for the user to type in their address also for shipping purposes. In the control panel their should be specific information for the auctions that have ended. these are the following. ( the name of the item, picture, cost of item for the user to pay, item code number, time and date ended, users email address, and the users first and last name. ) When the bidster is used in a fixed price auction I want the users to still be able to have set their bidster to bid to a max amount , because the price will still go up, but all they will have to pay is the fixed price. In the control panel their should be a spot for me to add text in any auction to add specials on certain items. In the fixed price auctions the users checkout price should always be what the fixed price is set to; no matter what the actual bidding price went up to. I want to set up a reminder page for the users that have not yet paid for their items. With the name of the item, the balance due, a picture of the item, and the item code number ; even if they log out and log back in. But they should still be able to bid on other items. All of this should be displayed after the animated lady congratulates the user. I want to be able to type in a date and time of when each auction will end from the control panel and to be shown live in each auction. This way an auction will not linger for long periods of time. In the control panel their should be an option to set an auction for a fixed price or the price that is shown when an auction ends. I want to incorporate a feature called a bidster{reference swoopo.com} their feature is called a bid butler. I want mine to be called bidster. The bidster will bid on the behalf of people that wants the bidster to bid for them when someone out bids them. To activate the bidster people will have to put at least $40 into their bidster account. Bonus bids will only be accessed through their bidster account. You can qualify for bonus bids in several ways. Here are the ways to qualify for bonus bids. 1. If you invite a friend to annieup; when that friend actually purchase bids with us the invitee will qualify for 20 bids in their bidster account. 2. Check the box to sign up for the newsletter you get 10 extra bids but only one time per account. I don’t want them to be able to cheat the system by keep signing in and out of the newsletter. 3. I want to incorporate all of the features that swoopo.com has when someone clicks on their items (bid history, register now, enlarged picture of the item, what the item recently sold for, savings, a place for people to place their ads at the bottom of page for that particular item, a detailed description of that item, and a place for different pictures of an item to be enlarged.
