I would like a widget or script that will allow my website visitors to check their lotto tickets.

So after every lotto draw I would update the winning numbers.

I need to have these programs seperated and yet be able to easily conect them to work together. The sportpicks would need to have a mysql database set up instead of the flat database file it is currently in and would prefer it be written in php as well.

We would also have several projects we are working on and would like to find a programmer to start a long term partnership with. If you complete the job on time and correctly we will go to you before anyone else.

I have a different type of use for a pixel script and site and I want someone who knows how a pixel site works and can do some changes PHP and MySQL as well as a couple of design changes.

Overview
I aim to use a pixel script to sell property in a lotto, setting the number of pixels and price to the equivalent price of the property.

When the required number of pixels are sold then a winner is chosen.

That’s a simplified explanation and here are some of the features I would need

1) Both scripts I have listed below have a user registration but it will need expanding to include additional contact fields and date of birth and age verification.

2) The ability for the pixel buyer to use their facebook url as the url for the pixels or just to leave url blank and for their image to show in pop up.

3) In the user area a referal link should be shown which includes their username allowing them to send this url to their friends and they will then be logged as their referal.
This is because there will be a prize for the person that refers the winner as well.

4) When admin decides a grid is ready to be awarded then just by clicking a button a winning pixel is chosen, this must be a paid pixel, simple mysql query would do the job as long as its random and easy from admin.
Admin must then be able to see the owner of this winning pixel and also the referrer (if there was one) along with all the contact details.

5) The grid must be able to be put on hold while winner is contacted and then left visible but admin needs to be able to show the grid was won and have a photo of the winner on the grid. ( open to suggestions on how to show this)

6) I also need to have the home page as an information page rather than straight into a pixel grid, the grids should be linked from menus in a side bar. There could be several pixel grids running at one time.

OK so that’s what I am trying to achieve in a nutshell.

This one should be scratchable online using the mouse, but look the same as if it was done with a coin in real life.

When the scratch panel is scratched it must reveal something like:

From each lotto page, you will be able to expand all the latest said, like a page to see all the latest results for a lotto, a page to see all the frequency of numbers, etc.

The design must be very attractive, very neat and with place for banners (160×600 and 300×250). CSS is required. Has to be accepted by w3 rules.

So basically we have main page, lotto page, history results. But regarding design could be two or three different pages.

I don’t want an admin page, the historic data will be fixed in the php pages or for easier developing, already added in a table where it will read the info for each lotto, and the individual pages are done by rewriting, and the new data will be read from rss and saved in a mysql database. This will be a cron or some way to read it only the first (as everytime reading a rss will be too slow) time someone sees the site, it is up to you to decide, but I don’t want to do anything to use it.
