I would like to do minor change in http://www.adwords911.biz/aseptix/google page which created in wordpress
and use store locator plugin.

Following are detail changes:

The width of map, search section, and the logo section were not same with the requirement in the layout I sent.
Also please make so that the textbox is blank ( empty ) no any value in it at first page load, now it shows “1215pd”.
The map margin top, should be the same with the search textbox so those in same line.

And please empty the search result on the right before user click the search button and fill any keyword.

Please use #CCCCCC when search list hover instead. It’s now red.

The googlemap using plugin that support import store locator data from csv.
I have the table that consist all list of the store locator that you can convert to csv.
So the last task use sql file to populate the store listing result.

Please only apply if you can complete these task before tommorrow 11 AM GMT+7.

I need a store locator script in PHP. This script should return available stores within a given radius of a zip code entered by the user. The distance must be “driving distance”. Google Maps API can be utilized. Database is MySQL.

You should be able to add new restaurants and manage everything from the joomla admin section.
Also you should be able to upload little icons for each of the sections from the admin like it has on the sections now.

This should be an easy job for someone skilled in php/joomla.
