I am looking to thoroughly ramp up production on my loan modification business. I want to have a website created that will be able to provide me with my own loan modification leads. I am looking to generate anywhere from 20-50 QUALITY leads per day for starters.

I am looking for someone who has successful experience promoting and driving a decent amount of traffic to a website that is something similiar in nature to what I have described above. I am looking for some who is easy to work with, who I can bounce ideas off of, and someone who will do the same back to me to make this as smooth as possible. I know this is only a one time thing, but why not make it as fun and productive as possible so that we can both get what we want with no hiccups? I am not a stuck up jackass who people would dread working with, and I should hope to find someone with similiar traits throughout the design process.

I am not by any means tech savvy, nor do I have any idea of what exactly this all will entail. I am prepared to pay the set up fees for the website, and also for the marketing that will take place to generate the necessary traffic to the website (I am aware this will be a recurring charge for as long as I choose to promote).

As a side note, I would also be interested in working with an individual who has a vast knowledge of the affiliate marketing arena (Something like a mentor, more or less). I have recently seen the power of successful affiliate marketing and I want to dip my hand in the cookie jar. I would be willing to partner up, joint venture or whatever, to have a helping in hand in getting some hands on knowledge in affiliate marketing, in tandem with my Loan Mod lead generating website.

If you can help with one or the other, or both, I would love to work with you! If you can not help, but think you might know someone fit for the job, I would greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I want to have a loan modification software that will be able to have CRM integration and if possible integrated with PBX phone systems and outlook.
